**Cookies & Snaps**

**Best Method of Storing Before an Event:** Room Temperature \[68–74°F\] or Freezer \[0°F (-18°C)\]

**Recommended MAX Duration to Store:** Room Temperature \[5 days\] or Freezer \[30 days\]

**Thawing Duration:** ~2 hours

**Serving Recommendations:** They can be reheated in the microwave (~10 seconds) or in the oven (350°F for 5 minutes). Just be sure to remove them from the plastic wrap first!

**About Product Delivery:** They will arrive at your doorstep without any refrigerant, so don’t be concerned if they arrive slightly warm! If you happen to order additional items, they will arrive with refrigerant. Cookies ship ambient by themselves will stay fresh up to 5 days, after that they will need to be frozen. 

  

**Milk Bar Pie & Cake Truffles**

**Best Method of Storing Before an Event:** Refrigerator \[35-38°F (1.6-3.3°C)\] or Freezer \[0°F (-18°C)\]

**Recommended MAX Duration to Store:** Refrigerator \[7 days\] or Freezer \[30 days\]

**Thawing Duration:** ~2 hours

**Serving Recommendations:** Our Pie and Cake Truffles can be enjoyed at any temperature—you pick!

**About Product Delivery:** Pies and truffles will arrive at your doorstep with refrigerants (freezer gel packs, dry ice, or a combination of both). Don’t worry if you don’t have them all. The product should arrive in either a frozen or partially thawed condition.

**Recommended MAX Duration to Store:** Refrigerator \[5 days\] or Freezer \[14 days\]

**Thawing Duration:** ~2 hours

**Serving Recommendations:** Our cakes are best served at room temperature.

If your order is delayed by 2 days or more and contains a cake, pie, and/or truffles, please dispose of or refuse delivery, as it will no longer meet our standards of quality and freshness for your enjoyment.
